Huh? Marines Not Allowed To Where Bracelets Honoring Comrades Killed In Combat!

From bigpeace.com

Totally absurd!

From the Marine Corps Times:

Commands are advising personnel they are not authorized to wear so-called KIA bracelets, pictured at right, which have become a popular method for honoring friends and family members lost as a result of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Regulations permit Marines in uniform to wear bracelets commemorating prisoners of war and military personnel missing in action, called POW/MIA bracelets, but KIA bracelets are not approved.

No explanation given…

[This is just more sickening PCness on the part of our military! This stuff has to stop! – JS]
