[Delta’s error this week saddened me. Have we become so self-centered that we could look a warrior in the face as he comes home from risking his life and ask for an additional baggage fee? Have our corporations lost all sense of duty to country, all civic pride, even all common sense? Each day it looks like we have further and further to travel to come back to what we once were! – JS]
Do you have a link to the whole story? I first heard about it on the radio and they said that Delta had refunded the money and apologized.
