Who Won – Cartoon

from Chip Bok: “These long wars will come to a responsible end”, so says the president. Winning is out.  Responsible ending is in. Other than in politics and pro sports (NCAA included), winning has become less than cool. Like drinking responsibly, it’s hard to argue with ending responsibly.  It just doesn’t sound like much fun. But it has to be done, in order to win in Nov 2012.
