I have ranted and raved about both the character and actions of our current President, I have questioned just about everything he does and believes. But all along I have hoped that he wasn’t a bad guy.
Now I know he’s a bad guy! He used the deaths of our Seal warriors and the tears of their families and supporters to his political benefit.
His crass defiance of the Seal family wishes to bar photography at the homecoming of their loved one’s remains is unforgiveable. He had to do even the press, who knew they were not allowed to and did not photograph this scene, one better.
He even had to defy his Pentagon people. From Yahoo News:
Even “Pentagon officials claim they had no idea that the White House would violate the "no-photograph" policy in place when the remains of 30 American troops killed in Afghanistan last weekend returned home to Dover Air Force Base on Tuesday.”
I know we are going to get a lot of spin about this. I know that he’ll blame it on everyone but himself as is his usual spin. They’ll probably fire some poor White House photographer for doing what he was told.
Be assured that Obama is behind the next blatant insult to our warriors with the upcoming Hollywood trash Seal Team movie which will, again, aggrandize our Bad-Guy-In-Chief. Writes Maureen Dowd:
The White House is also counting on the Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal big-screen version of the killing of Bin Laden to counter Obama’s growing reputation as ineffectual. The Sony film by the Oscar-winning pair who made “The Hurt Locker” will no doubt reflect the president’s cool, gutsy decision against shaky odds. Just as Obamaland was hoping, the movie is scheduled to open on Oct. 12, 2012 — perfectly timed to give a home-stretch boost to a campaign that has grown tougher.
The moviemakers are getting top-level access to the most classified mission in history from an administration that has tried to throw more people in jail for leaking classified information than the Bush administration.
It was clear that the White House had outsourced the job of manning up the president’s image to Hollywood when Boal got welcomed to the upper echelons of the White House and the Pentagon and showed up recently — to the surprise of some military officers — at a C.I.A. ceremony celebrating the hero Seals.
He didn’t and doesn’t care about our warriors, dead or alive! Worse than not caring, he uses and will continue to use them for his own political gain! ! He is a bad guy! Enough!
